Your IP address is not banned. If your IP address were banned, you would see the header for MA (banner, menu, etc). You would see the message: This IP address has been banned from the board.
This problem is either caused by the Marriage Advocates
site being down, your computer being unable to reach the site, or an unlikely combination of the two. (Highly unlikely...as in: Go buy a lottery ticket.)Is the Marriage Advocates site up?
