So I'm confused. I read this article: Some states are banning teachers from crowd funding for school supplies - WHY!???!?!
Do the schools want the teachers to fail their students? It is said the average teacher spends about $479.00 a year on school supplies. Who of us working folks can afford to spend that on our work supplies?

From talking to teachers in different states, it seems like somebodies are out to make teacher's fail in their jobs. Can we identify who these persons/groups are and find out their motives? This is very sad.
